Attorney Kevin Snider Wins a Judgment of $50,000 for Local Business
Snider & Horner, PLLC recently won a significant case for a local client. In a corporate construction lawsuit, the Chancery Court awarded the plaintiff, represented by Attorney Kevin Snider, damages of $51,800.00 for breach of a settlement agreement and the underlying liability.
The lawsuit alleged that the plaintiffs’ former contractor did negligent work and violated Tennessee law.
After lengthy litigation, the Court found that the former contractor was liable for breaching a confidential settlement agreement, and entered a judgment for our client, the local business, in the amount of $51,800 plus interest and court costs. The Court also found that our client was entitled to attorney fees and has scheduled a hearing to award attorney fees.
