Sean O’Brien is an attorney at Snider & Horner. He routinely handles construction cases, representing homeowners on renovations or new construction projects gone bad. He also focuses his practice on fraud claims, real estate disclosure claims, consumer protection, breach of contract, and property damage claims. Sean is experienced in both federal law and state law, and he has handled appeals to the Court of Appeals for the State of Tennessee, where his experience externing for the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals is a great asset to his clients. When Sean is away from the office, he spends his time with his three dogs, and enjoys local art and music throughout the City of Memphis.
