Sean O’Brien is an associate attorney at Snider & Horner, PLLC. Licensed by the State of Tennessee, he is admitted to practice before all Tennessee state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Sean’s areas of practice include general civil litigation, breach of contract, consumer protection, property damage, and wills and estate planning.
In 2016, Sean graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a B.S. in Political Science and a minor in Cell and Molecular Biology. After completing his undergraduate degree, Sean graduated with honors from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2019. While in law school, Sean received the CALI Award for his academic performance in Consumer Law. As a third-year law student, he served as Symposium Editor for Volume 49 of the University of Memphis Law Review. His student note, The Highly Sensitive Person’s Redress for Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress: Utilizing Experts in the Courtroom, was published and named Best Student Note Runner Up.
When he’s not in the office, Sean volunteers with a local dog rescue and currently fosters dogs with medical conditions or injuries from the Memphis area.
