Elizabeth Stagich graduated from Colorado State University in 2014 with a B.S. in Wildlife Biology. She received her J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2018 and a certificate in Health Law.

Ms. Stagich has interned at the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation where she worked closely with the Division of Water on drafting enforcement orders. She also clerked for past Shelby County Circuit Court judges Robert L. “Butch” Childers and David M. Rudolph, and the Honorable Chancellor Jim Kyle of Shelby County Chancery Court.

While at the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, Ms. Stagich served as a Notes Editor for The University of Memphis Law Review and participated in the Memphis CHILD Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic as a student attorney representing clients in probate matters. Her publications include: “Fresh From the Farm: Regulating Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations for Antibiotic Abuse in Tennessee,” The University of Memphis Law Review (2017).

Ms. Stagich is a resident of Germantown, Tennessee.
